AD Smocks Returns & Exchange Policy
At AD Smocks, we take pride in the quality of our childrenswear and want you to love every purchase.
Please note: we do not offer returns or refunds unless the item is found to be faulty.
Exchanges
• We are happy to offer an exchange for sizing if the required size is available.
• All exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact, and in the original packaging.
Postage Costs
• The customer is responsible for paying the return postage.
• The customer is also responsible for the postage fee to resend the exchanged item.
• We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can resolve this for you.
