AD Smocks Returns & Exchange Policy

At AD Smocks, we take pride in the quality of our childrenswear and want you to love every purchase.

Please note: we do not offer returns or refunds unless the item is found to be faulty.

Exchanges
We are happy to offer an exchange for sizing if the required size is available.
All exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact, and in the original packaging.

Postage Costs
The customer is responsible for paying the return postage.
The customer is also responsible for the postage fee to resend the exchanged item.
We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can resolve this for you.
